Orders and payment

By placing an order with Master Pizza Tropical you agree to pay the listed prices plus applicable taxes and fees shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe at the time of ordering.

Pickup and delivery

Estimated preparation and delivery times are approximations and may vary with demand. For delivery orders, please make sure your address and phone number are correct so the driver can reach you.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact the restaurant as soon as possible. Orders already in preparation may not be cancellable. When a cancellation applies, any payment made is refunded.

Menu and pricing

Menu items, prices and availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, the restaurant will contact you to adjust or refund.
